Thursday Sep 01, 2022
On this episode I chatted with Oklahoma photographer Tony Hebert about his business and passion for photography. In specific, night and dark sky photography. Tony who used to be aa police officer with a photography side business suffered a bit of a physical scare. Causing him to leave the force and commit fully to his photography business. His company 319 Photography is extremely unique in everything they do. My favorite being the workshops for customers. Tony and his team take photographers on three to four day workshops around the country. As he says in the interview the best skies for dark photography are in the Western half of the country with less light pollution. So Tony and his team take groups out to the desert to show them how to capture and edit the best photos. He even goes to Alaska to photography the northern lights and see bears!

I'm a Partner and CEO at 8020, a no-code product studio in the Tiny Capital family and a leading Webflow Enterprise agency.
At 8020, we help companies move faster without code — designing/developing Webflow websites for the likes of Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, TQ Ventures, Enovix ($RSVA), Wrapbook, Alltrue, Girlboss, Pilot.com, and many more.
Before I became CEO of 8020, I ran another leading no-code agency, Websterpeace, and sold it to Tiny Capital in 2020.
These days, you'll find me running one of three things:
8020: Building high-performing, semantic, and scalable Webflow projects for some of the world's most prominent brands and enterprises.
The Visual Developers Podcast: A weekly podcast that I co-host — talking about all things no-code. We interview CEOs + makers in the no-code space, catch up on the latest in no-code news, give our honest feedback on tools, and more.
Visual Dev School: Our school to help democratize software development and give everyone the skills they need to build their next technical product or startup.

This is Piyush Patel - I Want To Change The World
Thursday Aug 11, 2022
Thursday Aug 11, 2022
On this episode I chatted with Piyush Patel about his entrepreneurial journey. Last fall I had the opportunity to tour Piyush's home in OKC and boy is it special. Almost as special as his story and message for you all today. Piyush grew up in El Reno Oklahoma and learned the value of hard work and gratitude from a young age. However, culturally his parents wanted him to become one of three things. To which Piyush did not take to very enthusiastically. So he joined the military to pay for his schooling and became a teacher. Working part time at the local radio station at OSU he noticed a room. A special room where people spent hours and hours in, that room was the animation room. He was hooked, marrying his passion for teaching and learning animation his business was born. I'll let Piyush take it from here. This story is just one of many example of the opportunity that this incredible country presented to immigrants like myself and Piyush. The American dream is a real thing and we are living examples of that dream.
