This is Anthony Murray FMX with CoHost Blake Shipman
Friday Oct 29, 2021
Friday Oct 29, 2021
On this episode I chatted with FMX rider Anthony Murray. Anthony is a professional freestyle motocross athlete and a motocross social media influencer brought on by his notoriety in the MX world.
Anthony is currently residing in Stillwater, OK but learned how to ride at an early age behind the home he grew up in, in the hills of Canon City, CO. Early in his career Mr. Murray competed internationally in 5 different countries leading up to a big win at the XPilots comp by Monster Energy which thrust him into a top competitor spot in the sport of Motocross.
After receiving his first dirt bike at 11 years old, Anthony then spent most of his free time riding and experimenting with his new toy. His back yard was basically an oasis of rocks, dirt, and trails that helped him gain mad skills in a short period of time.
After a while, learning to take jumps and fly through the air with little effort is when his passion for dirt biking really took off. This led him to attend the Dew Tour as a spectator which then solidified his dream to become a professional freestyle rider.
Putting in some time on his bike, it only took him 2-years to successfully land his first backflip on dirt after visiting the Dew Tour. The excitement from that magical flip at age 16 set the catalyst for his future career that we see now. Moving to California soon after his high school graduation with nothing more than a suitcase, and a pickup that hauled his dirt bike he was ready.

Friday Oct 22, 2021
On this episode I chatted with Edmond native Zach Martin about his entrepreneurship journey in Oklahoma City. Starting in Edmond Zach set his goals to be an owner and operator in commercial real estate. A strange thing for an 8 year old to say you might think. But from that moment everything he did in life put him closer to that end goal. Working summer job, working through college, renting his house out by the room to save up. Everything with the end goal of being an owner operator in commercial real estate. A story of persistence and commitment. There's so many life lessons in this episode its awesome! Zach is also a huge car guy and we spend the later half of the interview talking about his passions for Mclaren cars. You may have seen his highlighter yellow Mclaren driving around the metro at some-point.

This is Mel Willis - Oklahoma Architectural Photographer
Tuesday Oct 05, 2021
Tuesday Oct 05, 2021
On this episode I chatted with Oklahoma Architectural Photographer Mel Willis about her journey through the years and how she fell into photography.
Mel's Bio:
"I discovered photography while in my hometown, Kansas City, shortly after graduating high school; I received my first 35mm camera as a graduation gift from my dad. In Oklahoma City, my current home, I honed my photography skills while studying visual communication in college. Landscapes, travel, events, family, portraiture … over the years I exposed myself to these and other photography styles, but none of them ever resonated with me.
As a lover of design, I accepted a job working for a local architecture and engineering firm, which first introduced me to the challenge and reward of capturing architecture and interiors. I traveled the United States and Canada to document the firm’s designs for use in marketing, branding, and award submissions. My responsibilities for the firm grew to include graphic design, visual branding, and web design, but those same expanded responsibilities took me further away from my one true calling. And so after nearly eleven years in the industry I made the difficult but confident decision to step out on my own and devote my time and energy to architectural photography.
When I’m not photographing, I spend my time hosting CreativeMornings/Oklahoma City where we encourage, cultivate, and grow a culture of creativity throughout our city. I am a lifelong traveler, and seek to balance my destinations between outdoor escapes and exploring some of the great architecture in communities and cities around the world."

This is Madison Sells - Modeling All Over The World
Tuesday Sep 28, 2021
Tuesday Sep 28, 2021
On this episode I chatted with Oklahoma model and future actress Madison Sells. Madison grew up in Oklahoma in Woodward and then later in Piedmont Oklahoma. Madison is a small-town Oklahoma girl, has spent over a decade working as a full-time model in the fashion industry since the age of 13.
Madison signed with a local agent in Oklahoma City as a young teen, and quickly catapulted to the top of the industry. At age 14, Madison moved overseas and worked in Singapore and Tokyo, after signing an exclusive worldwide contract with the world's largest modeling agency, IMG Models. Madison continued to work overseas in the Asian markets to establish a foundation for her official career launch in New York City. It was during this time Madison graced multiple covers of high fashion magazines, such as Elle, Style, and Female, as well as work with Giorgio Armani, Converse, Mulberry, and Vogue.
After turning 18, Madison officially moved to New York City, where she catapulted her career to a new level of clientele. She has walked for some of the biggest designers at New York Fashion Week and has been featured in campaigns for Marc Jacobs Beauty, Bloomingdales, Sak's, DKNY, BCBG, and many more. You've almost certainly come across her face at your local Target, Sephora, Ulta, newsstand, or mall, and never even knew it!
Madison closed her full-time New York chapter and moved to Los Angeles with Freedom Models three years ago, where she now happily resides. Her career is as active as ever with a consistent clientele in e-commerce, swim, and beauty work, and has newly moved into the acting realm.
