On this episode I sat with former Governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating. Frank grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.
His 30-year career in law enforcement and public service included service as an FBI agent, U.S. Attorney and state prosecutor, and Oklahoma House and Senate member, including service as a Republican senate leader. He served Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush in the Treasury, Justice, and Housing departments.
As Governor, Keating won national acclaim in 1995 for his compassionate and professional handling of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building in Oklahoma City. In the aftermath of the tragedy, he raised more than six million dollars to fund scholarships for the nearly 200 children left with only one or no parents.
Keating currently serves as a regent for the University of Oklahoma and lives with his wife Cathy in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They have three children and eleven grandchildren.

On this episode I chatted with former First Lady Cathy Keating. Cathy is a fourth-generation Oklahoman with a focus on community service. While First Lady she planned and organized the International Prayer Service and published In Their Name, which was listed on the New York Times bestseller list, following the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. She founded Friends of the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion, Septemberfest, and the Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, as well starting the tradition of an annual Oklahoma ornament. She raised private funds to build the Phillips Pavilion on Governor’s Mansion grounds and conceived and implemented a grounds management program for female inmates to learn a marketable job skill.
Keating has received the Salvation Army’s William Booth Award, Tom Brokaw’s “People of the Week” Honor, the David and Sybil Yurman Foundation’s “Thoroughbred” Award, been inducted to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame and the Tulsa Hall of Fame, and named an “Outstanding Southerner” in Southern Living Magazine.

On this episode I chatted with friend and fellow golfer Thurman Lynch. Thurman in his current profession is a very successful AllState agent in Moore Oklahoma. But as you listen today you will realize he's seen and been through a lot to get to where he is at today. Through military duty, university at OU, PTSD, Oil field work and into insurance. On this episode I chatted with OKC local Gabriel Lewis about his absolute LOVE for cooking. Starting at a young age, Gabriel Lewis began cooking and understanding the art of food. He spent his free time throughout the course of his teenage years in the kitchen, learning from his mother Lisa, Aunt Gertrude and Grandmother Valerie cooking different proteins and testing different flavor combinations. His hard work paid off when he earned his place in the top seven of the hit T.V show MasterChef.
He currently operates as a private chef under his own Chef Gabe LLC, winning Best Chef 2019 in his hometown of OKC. He also crafts food content showcasing his work with different food brands with his photographer/ sister Diyahna Lewis.

On this episode I chatted with all round artist Kevin Stark. Kevin lives in Pauls Valley and from the moment he could draw wanted to be tan artist. He studied art at OU, selling paintings to put himself through college before taking a job designing toys. This is where the passion for collecting starts. Moving back to Pauls Valley he opened up a studio for his artwork and later a Toy & Action Figure Museum as part of a larger plan to attract people to Pauls Valley.
